My name is Keegan but you can call me Cookie-Lee. I have been tattooing in Virginia and North Carolina since I became a tattoo artist. My favorite style is American Traditional but I love adding my colorful glitter flare to as many of my pieces as I can. The way I see it, the more color and the bolder the lines the better. Can’t wait to see everyone there again this year.
