My name is Shiloh Allan and I am an artist and shop owner currently based out of Elizabeth City NC. My shop is Julius Star Tattoo Gallery which is Elizabeth Citys first and only fully woman owned and operated shop, being recently awarded the number one shop in town. I got my start in tattooing in the capital district of New York and have been tattooing out of North Carolina since 2022. I enjoy doing stipple black and grey tattoos and love creating custom art for all of my clients. In my freetime I enjoy painting and reading while also finding new and exciting ways to connect with fellow artists. I hope one day to be able to expand my shop to share the kind, caring, and fun work environment we have built, with any artist looking for their forever tattoo family.
