Booth setup will be open at the VIRGINIA BEACH CONVENTION CENTER in “HALL D”
1000 19th St, Virginia Beach, VA 23451

-THURSDAY from 3 pm to 9 pm (hard stop 9)
-FRIDAY from 8 am to 11:30 am

1.) Approach via I‑264 East → Exit 22 (Birdneck Road)
2.) Turn right onto Birdneck Road, then left onto 19th Street
3.) Continue north to the rear/loading dock area

The Virginia Beach Health Department will start inspecting tattooers as early as 9 am on Friday 8.8.2025!

TATTOOERS, YOU MUST BRING YOUR VA DPOR TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT TATTOOER PERMIT, AS WELL AS YOUR FIRST AID, CPR, AND BBP CERTIFICATIONS. IF YOU DON’T HAVE PROPER LICENSING AND CERTIFICATIONS, AND YOU’RE NOT INSPECTED BY THE VBHD, YOU CANNOT AND WILL NOT TATTOO, AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!
